Ipc 354 (d) (1)

I have been accused of stalking a girl under ipc 354 d 1 , * The girl and i were friends for about a month. * her dad falsely accused me for stalking her By the help of my staff by threatning him. * their maid said that my staff was offering her 4000 Rs to know when she is leaving the town in her statement. * my staff said they were threatning me to say so, whereas notthing like this ever happened. * till now the girls has not given any statement * no chargesheet has been filed yet, and i am on bail. * how to get out of this mess and prove the truth as i have notting to do with this, as she already told me when she going to leave on her watsapp. * plz help me out . Thank you

Do you still have access to any whastapp/mail conversations that you two may have shared within the month of knowing each other?

If you do, that would be admissible in court evidence as per section 65B of the Indian Evidence Act.

In case you get involved in any court proceedings, the conversations (or basically anything that would show that she was purely by her own will associating/in touch with you) would be proof to the fact that the allegation is illfounded. Do not tamper with the messages/anything that could be proof.

The court shall upon analyzing, and ensuring that the evidence prime facie appears to be real, rule most likely in your favor.
