Ipc 420,406,506,323 if filed after 3 years of 498a

Hi After my marriage in 2008, there was a dispute between both and we were living seperately after 6 months of marriage, 

  1. 498A  with DP 3 & 4 is filed after 1 yr 6 months of marriage, we got bail in High court and appearing court date regularly (A1)  others got a stay from HIGH court  and they have not appeared in court for last 2 years.
  2. there are DVC and crpc 125 filed after more than 3 yrs of seperation.
  3. now recently they have filed False case IPC 420,406,506,323 r/w IPC 34 on 5 members. other 4 members never visited the place where the cases are running.
  4. in Matrimonal Matters how come IPC 420 come in to picture ? 
  5. The police dint file 406 during the time of 498A , now they have filed.
  6. i need calarification on how cn they file IPC 420  in martimonal cases.
  7. what are the precautions in need to take.
  8. will the police come to arrest me , when i am staying in different state ?
  9. can the police need a search warrent in case of IPC 420 ,406 ? what precautions do i need to take ?
  10. any other suggestions pls do suggest

Can 420 be filed in matrimonial cases: Yes, it can be filed, if merits of the case so suggest.

 

However the long delay in filing of FIR can be of your advantage. Get AB and then decide whether the case can be quashed or not.
