Thank you sir for the encouragement...Sir will such IPTV be a part of intermediaries as under Sectoin 79 of IT Act...if the channels depicts seditious, s*xually explicit, defamatory etc materials is it possible to hold them responsible under IT act taking into consideration the due dilligence as is required under 79 (2) (c)?...what is the ambit of this section
