My Dear Friend,

Power of Attorney means on behalf of you you agent is signing.  Acts done during the 3 months are treated that you yourself done. They are perfect.  Eventhough by calcelling after 3 months acts done during the period that power is in force can not be cancelled.

Dear Roshan,

If you are using this Power of Attorney  only for 3 months then you can not  name it as a Irrevocable power of attorney.
