Is 120B IPC compoundable?????
Adv Archana Deshmukh (Practicing Advocate) 23 June 2010
There is never a sole charge of S.120B. S.120B is inserted along with some other section / offence i.e the accused conspired to commit______. So it should depend upon the main offence charged with.
Anmol Sharma (advocate) 23 June 2010
120b is a substantive offence

there is a cse registered under section 120(B)and 114 of IPC the alligation is that there was a consperacy to commit a murder but police have not involved section 307 in FIR whether the bail application can file under section 437 or it should be filed under section 439 in sessions court..?
