Dear Adv R.K.Nanda,
Thanks for your prompt response ... much appreciated. Just to give you a background ...
Recorded DOB in Child Study Report , birth certificate given by RIPA is dd-mm-yyyy on that basis petition is granted by Bombay high court. Child's stated age is 8 years.
It is an inter-country case done under Hague convention - auspices of two governments ( Indian and other), having followed all rules and regulations as per Hague convention - article 17 & 23 etc.
When child was brought into the new country , medical age was determined by three different doctors from Government Hospital and it turns out to be 5 years olders than what is stated here age is as per birth certificate?
Adoption has been completed, is based on false / illegal / fraudulent papers (in this case birth certificate & Child Study Report?) including writ petition from Bombay High Court.
How to lodge a petition in Bombay high court and recall & revoke previously granted adoption order and legally terminate the said adoption?
I would welcome your comments/advise.
Thanks & Regards,
VG.
