It does not amount to issue of marriage registeration certiticate. But marriages committed in Arya Samaj are simple and this certificate is proof of ceremony.

Dear mr. Batra,
Certificate issue by arya samaj is not a marriage registration certificate. it is a proof that marriage is consummed in their presence. even after marriage through arya samaj rituals, parties have to apply for marriage registration certificate before concern authority.

If Bride's Paraents want to re-marriage his daughter, can they do so if I(Groom) have marriage certificate of Arya Samaj Mandir.

they cannot.
But they can do so because after putting this blog three months back you seem have done nothing.
Putting problem on this site is not a solution in inteself . it is useless unless the advise is acted upon.
