i have taken education laon for my wife. my wife was borrower and i was co borrower and my father was guarntor in that loan. i regularly paid its intrest but after compeleting mba she started paying installment and only 4 installment wererepiad by her then she refuse to pay that. Bank put recrovry case on us and cheque bounce case on me as cheque was given by me. i repaid the loan full now and divoce case is also proceeding
my question is is this is a cruelty againt me ,end me some citation or good judgement in this reagrd
can i file some criminal case against my wife also
