Is it advisable to buy a property without original documents.
the owner of the land has somehow missed the documets and produced the certified true copy of the same from registrar.
Though many people advised that we can still go ahead to buy the propoerty with some formalities duly complete, they also warn us that we have to reconsider our decision to buy the prperty.
