Is it possible

I would like to know if one partner is not willing to give divorce then is there a way to forcefully get the divorce. because there is no reason/grounds are not avail for one partner.

1. If they do so then whell of "perjury" law will be set in motion by your side and they may be punished. Morover if you sense false grounds taken by them then your side may file your objection in start of litigation itself.


2. I have no further comments on litigants following "false" grounds to service their cases.
