Dear Experts
My wife lives in XYZ city of U P and she had filed a case u/s 406 , 504 and have named all the members of my family . The non - bailable warrents have been issued against us . We live in ABC city of U P . My question is : 1) Can we approach a local court in our city to get bail in this case ???
2) In case Police arrest us from our home , then , will the police produce us in the court of the XYZ city of my wife or in the local court of our home city??? ( the distance between the two cities is about 300 kilometer )
