is it possible to make a sale agreemeo

hi ,could any one clarify my doubts

we have an inherited property which we inherited from my paternal grand father and now the legal heirs are

1)me(married)

2)mybrother

3)my fatherssister (unmarried)

4)my mother

5)my fathers brothers wife

recently my mother ,my brother and my fathers brotherswife have signed a sale agreement and took

advance .me and my fathers sister havenot signed it.is the agreement valid if we donot sign it.
