An honorable man always distances from such wild allegations and simply resigns with or without such legal notices.  Such positions are not for earning bread and voluntary services and if other tenants can not understand the services, it is always proper to submit resignation immediately and keeps safe distance for some years from such affairs.  Those persons, who issued such notices may realize the thankless job after your resignation.   When you are not carrying any weight and tenants are having trust on you, what is the benefit in hanging over such decorative posts.

Can Resignation of the client will guarantee the closing of the chapter of received lawyer notice of wrong allegations?. OR will the matter has the chance to file a petition inspite of resignation of the client?.Please share your thoughts.

Both issues are independent and not linked.  Reply has to be given denying all such allegations as false.  Resignation is separate.  Whether resignation tendered was tendered or not an official is always accountable for his acts during the course of such functioning.
