I am selling property with letigation instead of stamp duty an all can I sell property on stamp paper till court result

If there is a stay order you can not sell that property in dispute.

if there is no such stay order, the agreement may be valid and those parties must also implead themselves as parties in existing suit and the validity comes into effect as per the final verdict of the court.
