Lal Krishna Advani,  is  also of Foreign origin, since he was born and bought up in Pakistan soil and still owes emotions to Pakistan (remember the Jinnah comment).

BUT yet Advani is the Leader of the Opposition and remained Central and State Minister several times.  Advani even was dy.prime minister at one time and at all times he was  "prime minister in waiting".  He HAD AND HAS access to all Govt  file & records.

There are several people in BJP  and other political parties as well, who are of foreign origin.

BUT  "SADISTIC" natured people keep on raking up issues ( as time pass) that has become immaterial. 

IF  "Sonia" can call and control the Prime minister and other cabinet ministers and govt. records, IT IS BECAUSE OF HER OWN  "CAPABILITY & CAPACITY", 

IF  anybody else has even some of that  ""CAPABILITY & CAPACITY"  THEN that   "CRITIC"  person could replace "Sonia"  in controling the Prime Minister and other Cabinet ministers and also can access all the confidential govt. files.   WHAT SAY !

CONSIDER THIS STARK TRUTH about Indian origin leaders :
Power will go to the hands of rascals, rogues and freebooters.   All Indian leaders will be of low caliber and men of straw.   They will have sweet tongues and silly hearts.  They will fight among themselves for power and India will be lost in political squabbles.  (like Telanganna,  Jharkhand, and other pieces of India).

It is absolutely wrong for Sonia to summon confidential files. So far as Advani is concerned, he was born in undivided India not in Pakistan. Can you say that Sonia was born in undivided India. It is peak of sycophancy to say acquiring citizenship gives you all. Take the example of U.S. Only a born citizen of United States can become the president of U.S.

As for instance, her accomodation during the period 1991 to 1999 when she was neither a M.P nor the holder of any public position. What about the accomodation provided to her daughter and son in law. Under what law taxpayers money is wasted in providing for their accomodation etc. Many Indians are under threat, will the Government provide them similar facilities. There a re n number of questions that will arise.

ANY & ALL grievances about any Violation of any Indian Law  can be addressed via a  "Public Interest Litigation (PIL)"   in the appropriate court for redressal,  if ones  own  "CAPACITY & CAPABILITY"  permits.

India is a Federal & Bigamic Democracy and not a mono-democracy.  As anybody in India has all the rights so does everybody else.   If somebody is a non-citizen of India and is still accessing  govt. files & records,  you may further file a PIL and ask for  "restraining orders"  or even ask for  "eviction orders" for that non-citizen of india,  of course all this subject to one's own  CAPACITY & CAPABILITY.

The person (sonia) who is subject of hatred etc....  had  openly "KICKED" away the  Prime Ministers post 5 years ago and as far as my weak memory goes, she was the ONLY & ONLY  instrumental person who was instrumental in single handedly kicking out the ruling BJP govt  and  installing a Congress led govt. 

AGAIN a question is  how this could have been achieved  without  CAPACITY &  CAPABILITY.

IF a person (sonia) has the  "CAPACITY & CAPABILITY"  to control and manipulate the PM & other Ministers,  then as well she can become the  PM  as and when she wants   AND  who or what can stop her.

IF you have the  CAPACITY &  CAPABILITY,  try to do the same.   WHO or WHAT is stopping you.

I agree certain facts of MK Gandhi ji's query and responses. We Indians are concerned about her eligiblity for MP and Chairperson of UPA. We are not concerned about her origin or her personal life. At present situation if a foregin national rule India how do you feel?

Elected representatives including MPs, MLAs and local bodies members are not covered under the Right to Information Act in 'individual'capacity, Central Information Commission.

Now the question is whether she comes under RTI or not?

NEW DELHI: Is Congress President Sonia Gandhi possessing two
passports, one Indian and another Italian? And, did she travel
to the European countries in the last two years on her Italian
passport?

A word has spread in the capital, and nobody knows by whom, that
she has travelled around the Europe on the Italian passport as
that helped her travel free in the European Union (formerly EEC
-- European Economic Community) countries without the need of
procuring visas for each country.

It has gained so much currency that the Vajpayee Government has
asked the external intelligence agency, Research and Analysis
Wing (RAW), to get a detailed report on her travels abroad in
the past five years. Several internal inquiries have been made
to find if she can be nailed down and the results are with the
Union Home Ministry.

In any case, Sonia Gandhi can not travel secretly since she is
tailed round-the-clock by personnel from the Special Protection
Group (SPG) that provides her the security cover wherever she
goes, whether in India or abroad. As such the Government already
possesses records of her travels maintained by the SPG.

GOING TO COURT: Reports are going around that someone may even
go to a High Court or the Supreme Court very soon to press for
cancellation of her Indian nationality on the ground of her
travels in the Europe as an Italian, challenging her to show
entries of the visas otherwise on her Indian passport for travel
to certain European countries.

Though origin of all these reports is untraceable, an obvious
suspect is the ruling Bhartiya Janata Party (BJP) which wants to
put a stamp of "foreigner" on Sonia Gandhi in the elections to
build up a nationalist appeal against "a foreigner's sinister
design to annex India." It has several outfits under the
umbrella of the "Sangh Parivar" to do the job like the Bajrang
Dal and the Vishwa Hindu Parishad (VHP) which attacked the
Congress once again on Tuesday for trying to thrust a
"foreigner" on India as the next Prime Minister.

Sources in the BJP headquarters deny any hand in spread of
reports about Sonia Gandhi's dual citizenship but they say the
party would certainly approach the district magistrate of
Sultanpur, if she files nomination for Amethi or the returning
officer of whichever constituency she picks up to contest, to
demand rejection of her papers with the plea that she has not
surrendered her "mother passport" of Italy and as such she was a
foreigner who cannot contest elections in India. 

Top lawyers have been engaged to make out a case that she had
got her name included in Delhi's voters' list by suppressing the
information that she continues to have the Italian passport, the
sources said.

NO DENIALS: Nobody in the Congress or for that matter at her 10
Janpath residence, however, is ready to end the word-by-mouth
campaign going on against her by denying her possession of two
passports as even her close aide like AICC general secretary
Pranab Mukherjee, who also took over as the AICC Media
Department Chairman on Tuesday, wriggled out the other day
saying he does not know about it.

The AICC sources pleaded that the party cannot keep on denying
all sorts of "rumours" being spread these days by those fearing
rout because of the "Sonia wave" building up across the country.

The Italian law permits dual citizenship and as such an Italian
can hold two passports. The Indian laws are, however, very
strict. Anybody acquiring or possessing a foreign country's
passport automatically loses the Indian citizenship and is
required to immediately surrender his Indian passport.

Dear M.K.Gandhi, what the politicians crave like a child for mother's milk is publicity and to be in the limelight, but many can not do that, and the more you come out with your venom against the Gandhi's family, the more they become popular and the more they become the talk of all India, as if Madam Sonia, is giving her speech from Radio. From the way you talk about this family, sometime I suspect that you want to popularize them by indirect method. yes, Sonia Madam, is of foreign origin, but she was elcted by the Indians not by the Italian? If a person holding two different passport is illegal in India under the laws immeduiately file a case against her or any one, as fulminating her or him in this forum will have no meaning rather it will be very unfortunate for this forum, and we would not want that to happen.
