Will can be registered. Though the registration of a Will is not compulsory , it canbe registered with the sub-registrar . ... A Will also can be sealed and kept in safe custody. On the death of the testator, an executor of the Will or a heir of the deceased testator can apply for probate

Seems that the Will is registered. But, In India, registration of Will is not necessary. A unregistered Will has the same legal validity if it fulfils the following criteria:
(1) It has date, place and Signature of the testator.
(2) It has signatures of atleast TWO attesting witnesses.
(3) It has mention of property and to who the property is going to go after the death of the testator.
If the Will meets these 3 criteria, you can submit it with petition to the district court and file for probate or letter of adm.
