my wife has filled crpc125 and case is under process and i have filled child custody and visitation of my daughter this case is on hearing. but my 4 year daughter got admission in school and i got admission reciept from my wife's advocate and i found that my name surname is not mentioned in school record with my daughter's name my wife has mentioned her own name and surname but still we are husband and wife she has filled case for only maintenance. is it possible to write her own name and surname with my daughter's name? i want that my name and surname should be written with my daughter's name? please help me what can i do to do this? please help me
