issue regarding property distribution

When your Grand Father died entire property was transferred to your Uncle. Clarify how it is done. Was it by way of Will? And later when your Uncle passed away the property was under his wife's name. Home come like that and with what instrument of transfer?

In case the property was transferred to your Uncle based on a Will and such property was self-acquired property of your Grand father, your father may not get a share now.
