I (first holder) own a property in Navi Mumbai jontly with my daughter who is presently in another city for higher studues. I want to give the flat on rent and the society wants the regd leave and license deed. Can the registration document be prepared in my single name? Alternatively, do I take a power of attorney from my daughter and prepare the deed in joint name?
