Japan Patent Office announced it’s IPR training program for the year 2010. Usually, this program is conducted through Japan institute of invention & innovation (JIII) and Association for Overseas Technical Scholarships (AOTS) for Asia-Pacific nations. In India, the application can be processed through Indian Patent Office.
The Only open courses is:
JPO/IPR Training Course for IP Trainers- duration of the program is between September 27- October 13, 2010. The dead line to file application is July 31st 2010. Other courses has crossed the deadlines.

It is clearly mentioned in the Patent Office circular that the application with other documents should be sent in the envelope bearing the caption as follows: ( for example)
“JPO/IPR Training Course for IP Trainers September 27- October 13, 2010"
