My quash petition(there is impugn order of maintenance also) is pending at patna HC since 1 year 1 month. Court is simply prolonging it. It failed to comply their own order itself. Plz chk there are 2 orders exists.

My question is.... Is that I can file qash petition at SC on the ground "justice delayed is justice denied"? If yes in what form? SLP(crl) or WRIT or any other. If not, then what could be the resolution? Plz guide me.
Of course, O.P. has achieved the delay by influence and bribe.
