Judgement of Apex Court required

Dear Friends,

Judgment of Hon'ble Court is required wherein it is mentioned that lien cannot be marked/auto debit cannot be done by bank or anybody without specific approval of joint account holders (in case of joint account).

Same is required on very urgent basis....

I don't think that would be possible. There are issues of copyright etc.

Try paying a visit to your bar assn library or a lawyer friend who has a good library.

If everything fails provide your email, I'll send a soft copy. Note however to produce the same in courts you will ultimately have to take photostat copy from the journal.
