My father and sister (hand-in-glove) are misusing parents maintenance act. As a result, my father is demanding maintenance only from me.

Requesting for more details on Hight court / Supreme Court judgements where judgement states even daugthers (married / or unmarried) are liable to maintain parents as well. Please share such case refrences where the court may have dismissed orignial petition since either parent might have failed to include all their children to participate in case.
Also, any juedgement that states evry child should particitate in maintaing their parent and that parent cannot corner just one child.
Further, can I use such exisiting juedgement in my case and present it to the honorble judge?
