Judicial separation from illegal wife

I am living with a woman who got divorced since 35 years. . I am maintaining my first wife in a separate house who also knows about my affairs. The second one is living with me knowing about my first marriage without marrying me ( not registered or normal Hindu procedures ) Her divorce petition was done with my help and got from the court. Now we both are not in good terms and I want to be separated from her. What is the solution. Kindly guide me

Legally or illegally she is not come under your wifes definition , this is illicit relationship which is knowingly made by you both , if you don't want to be her more in your life then tell her the truth and amicably settled your dispute and get separated from each other , you both have no legal status together , you cannot go for divorce or for judicial separation from the court. One thing more don't be afraid from her she cannot file rape case against you because she knows the truth of your marriage and beside this she is willfully living in illicit relationship .

One should not indulge such illicit relationship.

If relations (illicit) are sore and soured then try and move out and away from each other amicably and agree to not to hit back............

If she decides to charge you on any count.............or has decided seek legal help in time from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity....

The second wife is not willing to go out instead she is threatening to commit suicide leaving a note that I only forced her for the act
