dear sir, my wife has put 498a case against me .
her house is in jaipur,got married in nagpur and lived in nagpur there after.
she has filed complaint against m,e in delhi police station which is under enquiry in CAW cell but they will make the case soon.
my question is she has filed the case showing the affidavit of her MAMAji WHO LIVES IN DELHI.
can i challange the affidavit?
she says that her mother lives there after her fathers's death.and has taken a shelter there.
but actually her mother pays flying visit she used to live with us for 3 months then with other daughter for 3 months and at her own house in jaipur for 3 months etc...
how can i challange the affidavit
