There is one agreement [Service purpose], the stamp paper purchased in Mumbai, and in the jurisdiction Para it is mentioned that " Agreement is governed by Laws of India and the Courts at Bangalore shall have exclusive jurisdiction" In case any disputes arises whether this clause is valid. Where we need to file the case. The first party of this agreement is in Mumbai and second party of this agreement is in Bangalore.
