if the matter is related to matrimonial then family court have power otherwise not.

 Thank you for respoinding.No dispute regarding jurisdiction of family Court to adjudicate.  The objection  is because the property is not within  the jurisdiction of the Court; in fact far away in another State,whether the Court can grant permission as stipulated under Section 59 (2) and (3) of Mental Health Act?
