One person has forged my property paper and signed my signature himself. The property is situate in Panvel. I live in a locality in Mumbai Suburb, the alleged person in Mumbai. Forged documents are notarized in fort area of Mumbai. Allged person reside in central part of mumbai, I reside in suburb of Mumbai. The alleged has used these documents in Bombay HC too.
I filed complain a year back at my place in Mumbai Suburb but officer put up the report that the jurisdiction is in fort area
Q1 where would be jurisdiction of the offence of forgery ?
Secondly he has used these documents in Panvel court too. But when he got to know that he will be caught he withdrew the forged documents and changed the content of plaints without permission of the court and later withdrew the case too.
