Dear Sir,
A man is residing in Delhi and his married woman file the case u/s 498-A/406/34 at her parents home i.e jaipur(allege cause of action takes place in Delhi) which were quashed by jaipur court
Now the option lies on husband to file the case u/s 120-B/191/211/499/500 to prosecute woman

Kindly inform whether husband can prosecute his wife at Delhi as allege cause of action taken place in Delhi( and woman has file the case at her parents home only to harass him) ?

Just because you have been successful in getting the case quashed, doesn't automatically attracts 211/499/500. Unless the Hon'ble High Court in it's quashing judgment have mentioned the case against you as malicious, false, etc. (Please have the judgment read by a lawyer to determine on what basis was the case quashed)

As regard to your jurisdictional information, it could be filed in Delhi if the alleged cause of action took place in Delhi or you can demonstrate that your reputation, etc has been harmed where you live, due to the false case.
