Jwelery to husband at time of marriage

Hi Expertws,

Wife filed 498a/406.

Wife side gifted 1 Gold chain at time of engagement and 1 ring at the time of marriage.

Now is that her Stridhan or these Jewelry belongs to Husband?

Will it form part of her stridhan.........

I know she can demand it back , but as Stridhan or just as gifts given at time of marriage?

its not part of her sreedhan and its the gift you got from the brides side and she is not entitled to claim it back
