Karnakata khb registration using gpa

Hi All,

I am getting a site alloted in Feb 2013 by KHB. But, I will be at abroad for next one year. Can i give GPA to my father while I am in India now and my father can get it registered in my absense?

Can somebody give me details about legal process?
