I stay in Maharashtra in Kalyan City. The area outside the kalyan Railway station upto the main road the area belongs to Railway. My scooter was parked in the area which belongs to Railway. This scooter is towed away by municipality van. However the municipality corporation can not pick up a scooter from area which belongs to Railway because it is not their responsibility. I want to file a case against Kalyan Dombivali municipal corporation claiming damage of my scooter and reimbursement of the cost of scooter. To which court shall this case be filed under what act under what section?
