The Kerala High Court granted one week time to the State Government for submitting details regarding cases of terrorism in the state.
A Division Bench comprising Chief Justice S R Bannurmath and Justice Kurian Joseph passed the order, while hearing a petition filed by social activist Raju Puzhangara in which he sought a direction that all terrorist cases should be transferred to a national investigating agency or CBI.
The petitioner submitted that no effective steps had been taken to unearth the terror links of PDP Chairman Abdul Nazar Madhani and his wife Sufia Madhani.
