Hi
I have been kidnapped by a group of person and i do remeber they have crossed 3 toll gate
i dont know the owner of the car i want to prove that the car has been used for the kidnapped
how to get the car number which has passed through the toll gate
RTI to whom i have to raise

Lodge a complaint with police for kidnapping with all the facts in your knowledge. Police should do all the investigation including finding the car number from toll gate records. If any CCTV camera is used for surveilance at toll gate or road, they will also check its recording.
