we have a plot, which is SARKAR Jama, the transaction was against Kul Kayda sec.84 Maharshtra hence the same was taken by govt. we have filed the suit to take back the land from government. All permission and fine amounts are taken into account. But no hearing is called till date, in this time the said land 26(Gunthas) is purchase by a person at Rs.350 only by forgery. it this case to whom we should approach Registar or Tehasildar or Sub divisional officer. order to allot the land was passed by the Tehasildar fraudently.
