My Employer did not pay Salary for the month of JUNE, JULY and AUGUST. She is delaying Salary of all senior staff from first week of August. The date moved from 8-Aug, 17 Aug, 24 Aug, 30 Aug, 6 Sep, 9 Sep and 12-Sep.
Yesterday, I visited office of Labor commissioner for remedy and he informed me that supervisory staff does not fall into Labor Court.
Now MD does not have next date for Salary, but asking for the back dated resignation to close the Account. Please advice me with necessary remedy.
