Labour issue

I am running a car servicing business. Due to non fulfillment of 2 service on his part, I cut the apportionate amount from their salary. Now, the problem is that the labour is refusing to give back the materials, which are used to service cars, until I clear my dues. What should I do in this situation?

1. Settle Amicably, before the issue reaches the Labour Court.

Hello, Greetings of the day!

You can register a complaint in the nearest police station to settle your grievances or try to settle amicably.

If you are not satisfied with above options, then you can also opt for ADR I.e Alternate Dispute Resolution like mediation.

Hope it helps

Where should I file police complaint?

In the local police station where my company situated or in the local police station where the labour live in?
