my company is into mining business. hence my company is being acquiring some land(purchasing) since 7-8 months at Vishakapatnam and Rajasthan.
the land is purchased in the name of the MD on behalf of company and not in the name of the company.
kindly guide, me any undertaking need to be taken in this regard from my MD. any intimation to be given to any authority like ROC, collector etc?
