Land auction

I bought land in 2008 of 2.1 Guntta in karimnagar. In year 2014 the said Land was auctioned for Rs. 2 Million by karimnagar court. I learnt that original land owner had a promissory note case in peddapalli, and the peddapalli court declare her judgement debtor. Without considering legal owner of the land the karimnagar court auctioned it and paid 300,000 to the creditor. now what is the choice for me, whether the court will cancel the auction or I will be declare total loss . kindly advise.
