I assume the company can have the agricultural land converted into industrial (non-agricultural) plot by applying to the commissioner of the land revenue department and submitting an application specifying the purpose for the change of use of land along with certain other documents including ID proof, mutation letter, original sale deed, and latest tax paid receipt.
When the commissioner or whoever is authorized is satisfied that the prescribed conditions have been met with and there are no pending dues or litigations on the property, he shall grant the company a conversion certificate. However, I'd advise you to get in touch with a local advocate so he can get you through the process smoothly.
