Land dispute

ir my Father died in 19th july 2016. After death of my Father I got some papers of land. After investigating of papers I found my father already take rent receipt from jharkhand govt. till 94-95. Then I went to up todate that and I got receipt for the year 16-17. After that I many times try to contect with that person who is allready in position by my self and with the help of my all friends but he he don't want to show me sale deed. And now he is threatening me if I will try to go in honourable court then after wining of case he will lodged manhani case against me. So plz advice me what will I do ?
