Sir, I have got plot from my grandmother through gift deed in 2016 may. After getting the land I have taken encumbrance certificate in which another name is also reflecting after my name.so I have enquired about it and got to know that it was registered by them through my late father who is drunked person by ror proceding no 5255 after enquiry in MRO office it is found that the proceeding has been in some others name not on my father's name but these people along with my father used their good office and created false documents and executed the registration.......after knowing all this I have approached one local lawyer to cancel their sale deeds but unfortunately the lawyer whom I've approached and the one who is on my rival side are friends so he kept it in pending and suggested his friend(my rival)to built a compound wall by taking injection order and simultaneously suggested him to pay LRS in municipality and even for house construction and by knowing everything I have taken my documents from that lawyer and approached another and through my wellwishers I have shown everything to municipality commissioner and he have kept that construction everything on hold until the decision comes but my rival went to highcourt and brought stay order on municipality decision and started construction and he has one electricity connection for 2months and had paid bill reciepts which he attached with petition in high court.....
So kindly suggest me sir to get my plot by clearing all these legal hurdles
