My Parents have land at Minister road nallagutta, near Kims hosipital.Measuring 2500SFT. We have given land for commericial and construction has been held.Builder has constructed 6floor (2 cellers +4floors).We have done agreement of sale for on ground floor at backside block for 48lakhs for 1255sft and Inculding 1 scooter parking and carparking and the vendor has paid 17lakhs(5 lakhs by cash and 12 lakhs by cheque).My Father is a alchol drunker. With out our acceptance he had signed on agreement of sale .Now we all 6daugters are not accepting because he selling for lesser price.We have asked vendor to cancell the agreement but they are not accepting and they filed a case against on my parents.Can you please suggest us what has to be done.
Agreement of sale took place on 4th Nov 2011.Vendor filed case on Jan 2012 on our parents.still the resgistration didnt happened .Pls suggest us.
