Land fraud

A year ago I met an agent online they made my farmer certificate.I purchased farm land In Mahad Maharashtra through them.they registered it as satekhat now they are ignoring me not taking my calls.
What must I do ?

Send a legal notice to him with correct address and get acknowledgement.

You were well aware that you're not a farmer and still you went for false farmer certificate under the influence of the agent who was a cheat. Now being cheated of sum of money and promise to get farm land he has collected money and ran away. Your are left with no other option but to lodge criminal complaint against him for offence of cheating and forgery.

He first made my farmer certificate which cost me precisely 50k .He gave that to me and said now u r farmer in Rajasthan.Now you can buy land on this farmer certificate anywhere in Maharashtra.

I don't know they were fraud , they promised me that they don't do any illegal work.I wanted to do farming
