Land lord tenant's problem

We were tenant in Ground Floor, as a Storage godown. The said building were aquired by the Government for Road development.

Our premises were being fully demolised by the Municiple authority.

Our land lond got a new open plot after surrendering the original plot.

Do we have tenant's rights in the new premises ???

Dear Mr Prajapati,

Thanks for your reply.

Accually the land were aquired by the Guj Govt under the " The Gujarat Town Planning and Urban Development Act, 1976" Section 68 rule # 33.

This information is printed on the new proparty card issued by the Said authority.

this land were required for the new road in the townplanning.

For more details I had applied to the local authority under the RTI Act.

Waiting for your feed back

Thanks
