sir/madam

if a person took a loan say 8 lakhs @24% per annum and registered AGREEMENT OF SALE CUM GPA

the other person was threatening to sell the house so this person brother took a home loan for 28 lakhs and bank gave cheque to gpa holder for 28 lakhs

for the 8 lakhs total 33 months interest is Rs 528000 only

8 lakhs original + Rs 528000 interest amounts to only Rs 1328000

the gpa holder promised to give back the amount to the main person but after taking the 28 lakhs she is not giving the amount of 1472000 back to the main person

registration done between brother and gpa holder but main person did not do any sale deed but is a witness of the registration

even after 3 years this gpa holder not giving money what legal options does main person have to recover the money
