Jurisdiction is defined as the limit of judicial authority or extent to which a court of law can exercise its authority over suits, cases, appeals etc.

Jurisdiction is determined mainly on the grounds of:

1.) Fiscal value;
2.) Geographical boundaries of a court and
3.) The subject matter of court.

So, the Court, before accepting notice of a suit, need to acknowledge few characteristics which are as follow :-

1.) The Fiscal value of the trial,
2.)The specialities of the case and
3.) The regional limits of the court.

It is not only suitable that panel should have right(s) in order to deal the issue or that the court has some sort of local jurisdiction over the issue risen. Moreover, the court must be compatible/competent to grant the compensation in such matter.
