Laws/Conditions for denial of maintenance allowance to women

I got married 10 years back and I have two sons.  My wife has left my house on her own to her parents' house.  She has filed a case against me to get maintenance allowance for herself and the two sons.  I have attended 5-6 hearings in the Himachal Pradesh Court where I have wholheartedly requested the court to ask her to come back to the house with all her conditions.  I love my children and wife.  She is adamant to come back to my ancestoral house. I am a farmer in a village in Himachal Pradesh.  I am not much educated and the reason I get very meagre salary to earn my livelihood.  Though I did two three jobs but owing to personal reasons could not continue with those jobs.  I cultivate a few patches of land on my ancestoral fields which are still not in my name.

I am mentally being tortured through court notices. Please suggest the recourse to avoid payment of maintenance allowance to my wife. She is presurrising through court

try to persuade her for a counseling with the help of her family members and friends.

if the differences/misunderstanding are not major ,you can have a reunion.
