Lawyer does not turn up

Dear lawyers,

I filed a divorce case u/sec 13 ia HMA against my wife.

The suit has been running for more than 1.5 years as of now.

I have been observing that the opposition (wife's) laywer does not turn up to the Court hearing very often or turns up when the Court leaves for the day (after 5.00 PM) or on the date when the matter does not remain on board (only to check whether the Exhs are at their place).

Therefore the suit is being delayed.

How do I complain and whom do I complain against the opposition lawyer?

Please advise me.

Hari.

If you send her a legal notice it shall complicate things. If you would want her to stay with you separatelty, then you should mention that to the judge on the next date of hearing. That shall help you in receving assistance from the court in convincing your wife to stay with you.
