Lawyer for full & final settlement in mumbai

I was working in a Digital Marketing Firm. in Dec 2018 company asked me to resign as company was going through some financial crises. Till that time they hadn't paid my Nov month's salary, MD of the comany had assured that within next 2 weeks your account will be settled. Now it been more than two and half months and 3 months for Nov 2018 salary. Last week, I sent them a formal notice over email and asked them to clear my salary & dues in a week's time else I wont have any choice than to register a legal case. Still there's no reply. Earlier MD of the company made commitments on whatsapp to settle my account in next few days but never paid. Please suggest what to do? and can someone help me to get out of this?
